2015 Jeep Wrangler in NHIf you’re a value-conscious shopper, chances are you took resale value into consideration when deciding which new Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram to purchase at our Jeep dealership in Concord, NH. Did you choose the iconic Jeep Wrangler or super cool Dodge Charger? If you did, now there’s further proof that you made a smart decision: the 2015 Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and Dodge Charger were all recently recognized amongst the winners of Kelley Blue Book’s Best Resale Value Awards.

With its extraordinary capabilities and modern technology, is no wonder the Jeep Wrangler was honored more than once. The 2015 Jeep Wrangler not only placed on the Top 10 overall models list, but also earned the top prize in the Compact SUV/Crossover category. It’s not the Wrangler’s first drive around the block though: this iconic vehicle has been named the Best Resale Value in its class for four consecutive years now, and has placed among the Top 10 list five years in a row. Plus, the slightly larger four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited scored as the winner for the Best Mid-Size SUV/Crossover segment, proving the brand’s undeniable strength.

“The entire list of Top 10 Best Resale Value vehicles is dominated this year by trucks, SUVs and crossovers, which is a testament to the strength these categories will carry in the future,” Eric Ibara, director of residual value consulting for Kelley Blue Book, said in a release.

Rounding out KBB.com’s impressive list of winners is the unmistakably cool 2015 Dodge Charger. Aggressively restyled for the 2015 model year, the most successful four-door fastback-styled muscle car on the market boasts unique design elements and enough space for both people and cargo. The Charger scored the top spot on Kelley Blue Book’s Best Resale Value Awards: Full-Size Car list, proving it’s much more than just a pretty fascia.

Kelley Blue Book’s annual KBB.com Best Resale Value Awards are based on projections from the Kelley Blue Book Official Residual Value Guide, and winners are chosen by talented automotive analysts. The awards recognize vehicles expected to maintain a majority of their original list price five years down the road.

Dodge Revisits Legend with New Ad Campaign

Dodge has been crafting high-octane driving experiences for generations, and with the new 2015 Dodge Challenger, it just might have created its greatest muscle car yet. But such greatness came from humble beginnings, when two siblings from Michigan created Dodge Brothers Motor Car Co. in 1913. A new series of commercials looks back at the Dodge brothers and imagines how their lives may have been.

In “Ballroom,” the first commercial in Dodge’s new series of advertisements that premiered earlier this month, John and Horace Dodge are seen throwing a lavish party after releasing their first automobile. The ad ends with a shot of the powerful 2015 Dodge Challenger parked next to 1915 Dodge Touring models. The Challenger speeds away as the narrator declares, “100 years later, this is how their spirit lives on.”

In a statement, Chrysler Chief Marketing Officer Oliver Francois said, “Dodge has a very specific DNA, a bloodline that traces back to the Dodge brothers’ passion for making great cars. The new campaign captures the spirit of innovation and enthusiasm the Dodge brothers had when they founded the brand 100 years ago.”

Check out the ad and let us know what you think! Then, honor the Dodge boys’ legacy of excellence by test-driving the 2015 Challenger at our New Hampshire Dodge dealership!

The New Challenger Approaches — Jay Leno Test-Drives Dodge’s Latest Muscle Car

Famed funnyman Jay Leno is well-known for his long and fondly remembered stint as the host of the Tonight Show on NBC. Leno is also famous for his incredible collection of classic cars throughout the ages. While he has moved on from his talk show gig — the Tonight Show is now hosted by SNL alum Jimmy Fallon — he hasn’t left behind his favorite hobby. Leno now hosts an online video series called Jay Leno’s Garage. The president and CEO of Dodge, Tim Kuniskis, dropped by Leno’s show to show off the 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat.

The 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is, quite simply, a marvelously monstrous machine. Boasting the incredibly powerful 6.2-liter HEMI engine, the new Challenger is the most powerful muscle car ever constructed. The V8 engine powering it delivers 707 horsepower — more than any Chrysler Group LLC vehicle in history. The crankshaft of the HEMI engine is so durable, it can withstand pressures of 110 bar (1,595 psi). Each of its eight pistons can essentially withstand the weight of five family sedans every two revolutions — multiply that by eight and we’re talking about the total weight of 40 four-door cars!

The engine can be paired with an upgraded six-speed manual transmission or a mighty TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission — the first gearbox of its type ever offered in the Dodge Challenger SRT’s segment. As if the car didn’t command the road enough as it is, Challenger SRT drivers can enjoy total control thanks to the brand-new Drive Modes feature, which alters the driving experience based on three preset settings: Sport, Track and Default. Users can also configure their ride to their liking by selecting the Custom setting.

All told, the vigorous 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat is not a car for the faint of heart. Check out the video above and watch Jay take it for a spin! Of course, if it’s more muscle than you really need, feel free to browse the selection of other great Dodge models at our New Hampshire Dodge Dealership.

Dodge Reveals Most Powerful Challenger Yet with New SRT Hellcat Model

2015 Dodge ChallengerWith its refined interior and advanced in-car technology, the latest Dodge Challenger has evolved to be much more than just the number of ponies under its hood, but that doesn’t mean it is leaving the horsepower arms race anytime soon. The recently introduced 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat will be the most powerful production version of the muscle car yet when it goes on sale later this year, churning out more than 600 horsepower through its new supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 engine.

In situations where owners want to restrict the new SRT Hellcat’s massive output — like when handing the range-topping Challenger off to a new driver or a joyride-minded valet — it will come with a black key fob that limits horsepower and torque, while a red key fob will unlock the muscle car’s full performance potential. For driving enthusiasts who don’t quite need 600-plus horsepower, the new 2015 Dodge Challenger SRT offers a more-than-sufficient upmarket alternative, with its upgraded 392 HEMI V8 now producing 485 horsepower and 475 pound-feet of torque. The 2015 Challenger SRT and SRT Hellcat will feature standard Drive Modes that can tailor functions like shift speed, traction and suspension stiffness, while a new segment-first TorqueFlite eight-speed automatic transmission will be available on both models.

“The new Challenger SRT and SRT Hellcat are basically muscle cars on steroids, but Dodge has equipped each with advanced drive systems that allow drivers to fully harness all that power and stay in complete control on the road,” said Brian Duval, general manager of Concord, New Hampshire Dodge dealer Bob Mariano Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. “Also, though the engine may be roaring under the hood, passengers will enjoy a peaceful cabin when cruising thanks to the Challenger’s many luxurious offerings.”

Beyond their performance-focused features like a new seven-inch driver-selectable driver information display (DID) screen and a SRT flat-bottomed heated steering wheel, the 2015 Challenger SRT and SRT Hellcat will boast a range of new standard amenities, including redesigned heated and ventilated front seats and an 8.4-inch Uconnect touchscreen infotainment system. Meanwhile, a new trapezoidal-shaped, stamped-aluminum center console will house a media hub with a USB outlet, an audio jack and an SD card slot under its flocked armrest.
